Will I be required to have an estate agent tour my property?
No, we’ve simplified the process significantly. Our cutting-edge software enables us to provide you with an accurate valuation, eliminating the need for intrusive property tours and ensuring your peace and privacy remain undisturbed.
How long does a property valuation take?
The duration of a property valuation varies:
- Option 1: Without an in-person visit, we can deliver an accurate valuation within 24 hours.
- Option 2: If you prefer an in-person visit, the timing will depend on your schedule, the size of your property, and our availability. Generally, it takes about an hour in your home unless you choose Option 1, which is almost instantaneous as it doesn’t require a physical visit.
What if I prefer a traditional walk-around valuation?
We can accommodate that as well. Traditionally, an estate agent would arrange a date and time to visit your property, conduct a walkthrough, ask questions, and make notes about the rooms.
How quickly will I know my home's value?
Option 1 valuation: Within 24 hours.
Option 2 valuation: Depends on scheduling and the time it takes for the in-person valuation.
